Lemco complies with the European Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR) and for this we request your consent to retain the personal data you provide us in order to fulfill our contractual obligations, e.g. the completion of online orders for products and/or services, the consequent implementation of general contractual obligations, in the context of execution and pricing of orders and/or services under the best conditions and in the most effective way, store, process and use your personal data in corporate pricing programs, Customer Management and Mail Clients & Mail Server in encrypted form. You have the right at any time to request that you be informed of the personal data maintained by Lemco about you, to renew the personal data you have provided, modify, restrict, request removal from the Lemco' database or object to the use of your personal data. Finally, you are entitled to revoke the consent you have given at any time. In particular, Lemco collects, processes, stores and uses the personal data you provide as foreseen in European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the relevant legislation on the protection of personal data and only for the above explicitly stated purposes. For any other use of your data, your specific consent or a relevant statutory provision may be required. Lemco will satisfy your request in the shortest possible time, provided that there are no legitimate reasons for further processing (e.g. open reservations or invoices etc.).
